First of all, the page is not managed by the owner, who doesn't even know it, and the comments are not always friendly. One of the most beautiful sections of the Rhine with a bathing area, separated from the fairway. I grew up here and I always like to be here. Erich's food and portions are good and the price-performance ratio is okay. Clearly the house is older, but you have to consider what the wooden house is exposed to for weather conditions and floods. Who knows how long there will be, so okay if not everyone likes it. We are not here at the Hilton, but just a small lido restaurant with a beautiful terrace and beach. The dogs are becoming more and more and some owners, let them go anywhere or run everywhere. There are also decent dogs and associated people. But sometimes it just annoys. It is not a dog beach but is tolerated. A few meters around the corner it would be better so that the dogs do not walk over every blanket and that the guests also have a little rest. Also on the terrace Dogs are not free to run around when people are eating, I had dogs myself, but it does not have to be.

Definitely not the last time there. Food great, portion very large, beach very clean.

Eating and drinking is great :-) also a very nice place to relax. But you could invest a bit of money for the outside and a little bit inside :))

Outside you sit directly on the banks of the Rhine, not necessarily a cozy outdoor area. Maybe renew the chairs and benches, buy some rattan furniture, that looks more cozy. The view compensates. I find the beer relatively expensive there

Nice place to end a summer day. Prices are good and the staff is super friendly. But the best thing is the beautiful and soothing view of the Rhine. The beach is clean and tidy.

Beautiful beach, i was not in the restaurant but the beach is kept clean. The only problem is the too many dogs.but the dogs aren't really the problem but the owners. The dogs run freely over the beach, the blankets, grab food and all you get is a sorry. Nobody is willing to do anything about it.

Beach with cafe. Nice bay covered from the Ships. Dogs friendly. Actually, better to avoid this place if you are not dog lover. But if you have a dog - it's kinda dogs paradise here. Huge area to swim, to play and to sleep near owners.

Place visited mainly by locals. Good local comfort foods and access to the beach.
